My Opinion: While this is the least costly Coravin, it does not use the same needle technology as the Model 3, just $30 more. So you’ll only get a few weeks preservation from using the Pivot and over time your cost of ownership of the Pivot is as much as another model due to the ongoing cost of canisters. Cost of canisters runs about 50c per glass of wine.
