My Opinion: Model 6 is a step above the entry level Model Three. It has the “Smart Clamp” technology that enables you seamlessly use your Coravin in one swift motion: no manual plying apart of clamps! Just puff the argon to clear the needle then push the Coravin right over the bottle and the needle gets inserted in one fell swoop.
Don’t forget more capsules! You can expect the gas will cost you ~50c per glass of wine. And one capsule might last you 4-8 bottles.
