My Opinion: This is the best value Coravin! It uses all the same standard tech (needles, gas, overall functionality) as the other models. To use the Model 3, just puff gas to clear out the needle, position on a bottle and push the needle into the cork, tilt the bottle, puff gas to pour.
Don’t forget more capsules! You can expect the gas will cost you ~50c per glass of wine. And one capsule might last you 4-8 bottles.
