One of my very favorite white wines, so much so I just bought 3 cases!
This is also a crowd pleaser, I've never had so many people want more of and rave about a wine!
You'll get some aromas/flavors of butterscotch, apple pie, oregano and herbal notes, pine nuts, stewed apricot, candied fruit, vanilla pudding. This is a rich and creamy white that makes me want to curl up with a good book. It has a long finish and medium body, high acidity but is not tart or abrasive. While it can pair well with food I love this wine on it's own because it's so rich and yummy!
It did go quite well with a rustic bakery quiche if you need a tip!
